7th February - Charity Quilt
Sue Plummer and Maggie Lowthian will introduce us to the block for our next MQ charity quilt. Bring along your sewing kit, ruler and pencil.
Linda Simmons will also be coming along to tell us about the Heart Cushions and bags that are continually needed for mastectomy patients on Snowshill Ward. She hopes to encourage more of us to make them.

'In the visual arts the unexpected catches the eye. Differences of scale can enhance the quality of your design.'
(This workshop will be held at St Nicolas' Hall and not at The Reddings.)
2nd May - Charity Quilt
(At The Pavilion not The Reddings)
Bring along your charity quilt blocks to put into a suitable quilt arrangement, also bring your sewing kit. Let's get the block sewn together this evening.
16th May - A Corners Evening
Julia Oakshott and Joan Hodgson will be holding "Corners" and Jane will 'sandwich' a quilt.

6th June - Maryke Phillips - 'My Quilting Obsession'
Maryke will be bringing along a selection of batiks and beads for members to buy. After her talk she will describe her workshops so that members can choose the subject for her return on Saturday, 28th September. www.batiksnbeads,co.uk

With a choice of activities and Gill will be demonstating how to make a "Little Owl Beanie" designed by Sadie Yeomans of Cornerhouse Crafts.
4th July - Garden Evening
Summer Social at Janet's house, with Show and Tell and news of 2013 Summer Challenge.
(8th to 11th August 2013- Festival of Quilts, NEC. Brockhampton Quilters will again be organising a coach trip. Details will be posted on the notice board nearer the time.)
19th September - Further Adventure in Mongolia
Jane Grendon will give an update on the work of her and her sister.
